The upcoming 2023 Triumph Street Triple 765 RS and Street Triple 765 R have been listed on the Triumph Motorcycles India website prior to their launch in the Indian market. The website provides complete specifications and colour options for both variants, as well as an online configurator for optional accessories.

The 2023 Street Triple 765 range will be sold in India in two variants - R and RS - with the limited edition Moto2 variant not available. The design of the Street Triple 765 range features a sharper twin-pod LED headlight inspired by the Speed Triple 1200 RS, an aggressive bodywork design, a 15-litre fuel tank, a gullwing swingarm, and radiator cowls. The RS variant also features a body-coloured belly pan and pillion seat cowl with interchangeable pillion seat and lower chain guard. The Street Triple 765 R will be available in Silver Ice and Crystal White colour options, while the RS variant will be sold in Silver Ice, Carnival Red, and Cosmic Yellow colour themes.

The 2023 Street Triple 765 range features a 765 cc, inline-three-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with an increased power output compared to its predecessor. The Street Triple 765 R produces the power of 118.4 bhp at 11,500 rpm and 80 Nm of peak torque at 9,500rpm. Further the RS version delivers the power of 128.2 bhp at 12,000 rpm followed by torque of 80 Nm at 9,500rpm.

The feature list for the 2023 Street Triple range includes full-LED lighting, cornering ABS, a lean-sensitive traction control system, a linked braking system, wheelie control, and a bidirectional quick-shifter. The RS variant also includes a lap timer, cruise control system, five-inch TFT display, Bluetooth module, and additional ride mode options. The base model has fewer features with four ride modes and an LCD with a TFT display.

The RS variant also has higher-spec braking and suspension components with Showa-sourced 41mm upside-down down Big Piston Forks (BPF) and an Ohlins STX40 piggyback reservoir mono-shock for suspension duties, and twin 310mm floating discs with Brembo Stylema four-piston radial monobloc callipers at the front and 220mm rear disc for braking. The base model has Showa 41mm Separate Function Forks at the front and a Showa piggyback reservoir mono-shock at the back, with twin 310mm front discs with Brembo M4.32 four-piston radial callipers and a 220mm rear disc for braking.

Triumph Motorcycles India will offer over 40 accessories for these motorcycles, including scrolling LED turn indicators, crash guards, engine cover protectors, heated grips, paddock stand bobbins, tail tidy, fly screen, tank bag, and tail pack among others.

The base model is expected to be priced between Rs 9.5-10 lakh, while the more premium RS variant could retail in the Rs 11.50-12 lakh price range. The 2023 Triumph Street Triple range will compete with the Ducati Monster, Ducati Streetfighter V2, BMW F900R, and Kawasaki Z900 in the Indian market. The motorcycles are scheduled to be launched in March 2023, with deliveries beginning in April 2023.
