Matter Energy, a company based in Gujarat, recently pulled the covers off of its first ever electric bike - Aera. The Aera features multiple industry-frist features and high-end components.
So, let’s compare the Aera with its direct competitor in the Indian market - Tork Kratos in terms of their features, technical specifications and on-road prices!

In terms of its motor and battery, the Matter Aera emerges as the clear winner due to its pioneering liquid-cooling technology, which is not present in any other electric bike in India. Additionally, the Aera's power output and claimed range exceed those of the Kratos. Another unique feature of the Aera, which is not found in any other electric motorcycle sold in India, is its four-speed gearbox, which is expected to enhance its riding experience. In contrast, the Kratos has a CVT.
