Save Rs 10,000 on Triumph Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X

Triumph Motorcycles is celebrating the first anniversary of the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X. To mark this milestone, the company is offering a Rs 10,000 discount on both models until 31 July. With the discount, the effective ex-showroom prices in Delhi are Rs 2.24 lakh for the Speed 400 and Rs 2.54 lakh for the Scrambler 400X.

Highlights:

-Part of the first anniversary celebration offer

- Discount of Rs. 10,000

-Offer valid till 31 July

-Triumph has sold over 50,000 of these bikes across 50 countries

Triumph’s discount couldn’t be more strategic. The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450, which will be launched on July 17, will be the main competitor to the Speed. The Royal Enfield is expected to be the most expensive 450cc bike in the lineup, starting at Rs 2.30 lakh, ex-showroom.

Both motorcycles share the same platform but are designed for different purposes. The Triumph Speed 400 is a modern retro roadster, while the Scrambler 400X is designed for off-road and off-road use. The Scrambler 400X has large wheels, long-travel suspension and block-pattern tyres, unlike the Speed 400’s road-centric tyres.

Both bikes are powered by a 398cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 39.5 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 37.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm, coupled with a six-speed gearbox.

These motorcycles will be competing with the Hero Mavrick 400.
