On 14 January, Saturday, RattanIndia Enterprises Limited announced that it had successfully completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Revolt Motors, a manufacturer of EV & future mobility. RattanIndia, which is listed on the NSE and BSE, will own all of Revolt Motors.
Revolt Motors has now been completely incorporated into RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd, the business announced in a statement.
With its manufacturing plant in Manesar, Haryana, Revolt Motors is the electric bikes manufacturer with the greatest sales in the nation. There are 30 dealerships scattered over the country. RattanIndia Enterprises hopes to accelerate the growth of Revolt and make it the largest electric 2-wheeler company in the nation with this 100% acquisition of Revolt Motors.
The RV400 from Revolt Motors, which is by far the most technologically advanced bike, is in strong demand. To give the riders a pleasant driving experience, the AI-enabled electric motorcycles collect millions of data points each second over the air. Revolt bikes, which are also renowned for their exceptional construction, have already travelled more than 20 billion kilometres on Indian highways.

The lithium-ion batteries powering the Revolt electric vehicles provide uncompromised performance with top speeds of 85 kilometres per hour while also reducing pollution. In addition, the batteries can travel 150 kilometres on a single charge after 4 hours.
