Indian two-wheeler export company, Bajaj Auto is all set to unveil the world's first CNG-powered motorcycle on July 5, just one day away. After several spy shots and leaks, the company has now shared a teaser on their social media platforms. The teaser clip gives us a special insight into the upcoming commuter motorcycle.

World's First CNG-Powered Bike Set for Launch

First, the Bajaj CNG bike has a toggle switch on the left switchgear to switch between CNG and petrol. Other features include a large, circular LED headlight, a long, flat, one-piece seat and a small fuel tank. There is also a picture of a plastic shield with the Bajaj logo, which may be the panel containing the CNG injection machine and the refill port.

Additionally, spy photos and other details have confirmed that the CNG bike will have a sloper-like motor, with the CNG tank following the size of the bike, placed under the seat. The bike will also have a smaller fuel tank, and for its carrier, it will be able to switch to petrol if CNG is not available. It will also ride on 5-spoke alloy wheels, with a telescoping brass system at the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear. Braking will be controlled by drum brakes at both ends, with optional front disc brakes.

The upcoming CNG bike is rumoured to be named ‘Bruzer,’ but this will be confirmed on the launch day. Presently, the Bajaj CNG bike is not in competition with the Indian two-wheeler market.
