MV Agusta has unveiled an exclusive version of the Brutale 1000 RR for international markets. The motorbike, known as the Assen edition, pays homage to the iconic racetrack.
Considering the Brutale 1000RR Assen is based on the same-named motorbike, the engine, hardware, and features are similar. However, the company has done multiple changes on the design and looks of the bike. The Assen version has carbon fibre & aluminium trim pieces, blue Alcantara seats, and a unique silver, blue, and gold colour scheme. The motorcycle's rarity adds to its specialness. The MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RR Assen edition, made in Italy, will be available in 300 units.
A 998cc, inline-four-cylinder motor producing 208bhp and 116Nm powers the Brutale 1000 RR. The bike weighs 183 kg and claims a power-to-weight ratio of 1:1 horsepower per kilogramme. Ohlins Nix EC forks up front and a TTX shock at the back, both with 120mm of travel, handle the suspension.
Besides its impressive specs, the MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RR comes with a Special Parts Kit. This kit includes a titanium Arrow exhaust, CNC-machined brake & clutch levers, an aluminium fuel cap, and a carbon fibre pillion seat & aluminium fuel caps. While the Brutale 1000 RR is definitely eye-catching, it will only be available in the international market and won't be sold in India for now.
