KTM has unveiled its newest adventure bike, the 1390 Super Adventure S EVO. This powerful motorcycle is designed for riders who want speed and comfort on any road. It has just been shown internationally and might be showcased at the famous EICMA event this year.
KTM 1390 Super Adventure S EVO has a sharp, angular design that is typical of KTM bikes. It features a unique LED headlight surrounded by a boomerang-shaped daytime running light (DRL) and a large, clear windscreen. Under the headlight is a radar system that helps with rider safety.
The bike comes in two colors, including orange with black and white with black. It has a high-tech vertical 8.8-inch TFT display that gives the rider all the necessary information.
KTM 1390 Super Adventure S EVO has a huge 1350cc engine with 170 horsepower and 145Nm of torque. The engine is a V-twin, which means it has two cylinders in a V-shape. KTM has also introduced a new automatic manual transmission (AMT) system. This gearbox allows riders to change gears easily using a see-saw shifter on the left handlebar.
Furthermore, riders can adjust the bike’s performance to different conditions as it has five riding modes, including rain, sport, road, off-road, and custom. This makes it versatile for all kinds of terrain.
Several electronic components have been provided, which make this bike ride safer and smoother. It includes traction control to prevent the wheels from slipping and cornering ABS to enhance the turning significantly. The mode of the radar system also alerts the driver about nearby vehicles and assists in braking in a situation that requires it.
Other features include a tyre pressure monitoring system, cruise control for long rides, keyless ignition for convenience, and smartphone connectivity. These make the KTM 1390 Super Adventure S EVO powerful and very easy to use.
KTM 1390 Super Adventure S EVO has a 48mm WP front suspension and a WP rear shock absorber, both of which are semi-active. This means the bike automatically adjusts the suspension based on road conditions.
The bike rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, giving it a solid grip on both smooth and rough roads. Furthermore, it has dual front and single rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS.
