KTM India has quietly launched the updated 250 Duke. This new version now comes with a few exciting changes. The quarter-litre bike gets a new TFT screen and stylish headlight design. These changes make the 250 Duke more attractive and practical for modern riders. The new updates have led to a slight increase in price. The updated 250 Duke is now priced at Rs. 2.41 Lakh. This is a small increase from the older model but adds more value to the bike. Let’s know more about it:
The biggest change in the updated 250 Duke is the new TFT screen. It has better graphics and a larger rev counter. Riders can also connect their smartphones to the screen. This allows them to use navigation and connect headsets while riding. The headlight now features boomerang-shaped LED DRLs, which are borrowed from the 390 Duke. This gives the bike a sharper and more modern look.
The switchgear has also been updated. The 250 Duke now has a four-way menu switch layout. This makes it easier for riders to navigate through the options on the new screen.
The KTM 250 Duke still retains its sharp and sporty design with an angular headlight and muscular-looking fuel tank. Its compact build is still the same.
The 250 Duke is powered by a 248.76cc single-cylinder engine. This engine puts out 22.1 kW and 24 Nm of torque. It is connected to a six-speed gearbox that also features a quickshifter that makes gear changes smoother.
The motorcycle also gets USD front forks and a rear monoshock with disc brakes on both ends. Further, the 17-inch alloy wheels are the same, keeping the bike sporty.
