Hero Moto Corp has been preparing to launch its new model Hero Xtreme 200S 4V, with a new colour theme. The new model was spotted in the market before its launch. Hero Moto Corp is working on the launch of some of its new models. Some of the previously launched motorcycles of Hero include Xpulse 200 4V and Xpulse 200T 4V. Hero Motocorp is preparing to launch another 4-valve variant of the 200cc bike, Xtreme 200S 4V. The spied pictures reveal some of the visual changes in the motorcycle that could be seen after its launch.
Feature Updates on the Hero Xtreme 200S 4V
The upcoming Xtreme 200S 4V will have new, more striking graphics while maintaining a similar design to the motorbike with two valves. The motorbike seems to have a dual-tone finish that combines yellow and black colours and new graphics on the side and rear panels. Like the one it replaces, the motorcycle's four-valve version keeps stylistic features, including a single-pod LED headlamp, an LED taillight, a Bluetooth-enabled instrument panel, a bulky fuel tank, and a step-up seat, a side-slung exhaust and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Hero Connect may also evaluate users' riding habits and alert them if any problems exist. Users can set a speed restriction and get notified if it is exceeded. A tow-away alarm is yet another important safety feature.
Mechanical Specifications of Hero Xtreme 200S 4V
The Hero Xtreme 200S includes an air/oil-cooled, single-cylinder, 199.6cc engine with four valves and a maximum power output of 18.83 bhp at 8,500 rpm with a maximum torque of 17.3 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The engine capacity is similar to the current Xpulse 200 4V duo. A five-speed gearbox will be coupled to the engine for smooth and effective power delivery. The model is compatible with E20 fuel and OBD2 compliance, ensuring that it complies with the most recent emissions and fuel efficiency standards.
The hardware of the upcoming Hero Xtreme 200S 4V
The upcoming Hero Xtreme 200S 4V will feature telescopic front forks and a rear mono shock for suspension handling. The hardware will be the same as the current model. Both wheels will be equipped with disc brakes for braking, and a single-channel ABS will serve as the safety net. The machine will be equipped with 17-inch wheels with tubeless tyres measuring 100/80 in the front and 130/70 in the rear.
The Expected Prices and Competitions in India of Hero Xtreme 200S 4V
We expect that this motorbike will be making an appearance in our market shortly because the pictures of the new Xtreme 200S 4V have been leaked in the market. We expect that the motorbike will be somewhat more expensive than the current model, which is currently available for Rs. 1.35 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). In the Indian market, this motorbike will compete with models such as Suzuki Gixxer SF and Bajaj Pulsar RS 200.
