Hero January 2024 Sales Report: Increased By 21.56% in YOY

Hero MotoCorp reported sales in January increased by 21.56% YoY, from 3,56,690 units in 2023 to 4,33,598 units in January 2024. Also, MoM sales hiked by 10.06% from the 3,93,952 units sold in December 2023.

Here are the details of Hero’s YoY sales:

In the motorcycles segment, Hero sold 4,02,056 units in January 2024 from last year’s 3,33,638.
The company has seen a growth of 36.83% in scooter sales by selling 8,490 more units than 23,052 scooters in January 2023.
In the previous year's domestic sales, Hero sold 3,49,437 vehicles. In comparison to this, 4,20,934 units were sold in January 2024.
Hero has recorded 74.60% growth in the current year's export sales.

There is a 13.36% growth in motorcycle sales in MoM, with a difference of 47,398 more units sold.
This month, the company sold 31,542 scooters. Meanwhile, last month, the numbers were 39,.
Hero has registered a degrowth in export sales by 21.39% and sold 12,664 vehicles.
A growth of 11.40% has been seen in the company’s domestic sales.

Hero MotoCorp sold more two-wheelers in the current financial year (April-December 2023) than they did in the same period last year.

Sales rose 4.47% to over 41,01,406 units of motorcycles and a 16.68% increase in scooter sales.
The growth was mainly driven by domestic sales, which were up 5.74%. Moreover, exports were increased by 1.82%.
