German customization workshop Mansory has launched a limited edition Vespa Elettrica known as the 'Monaco Edition', and only 99 units are available. This exclusive Vespa incorporates many distinctive elements, including carbon fiber components.
Mansory brings back the Monaco name after more than a decade. It was last used on a custom Ferrari 458, which was limited to just three cars. The name is symbolic because of Monaco's prestigious motorsport heritage. Importantly, the Vespa Elettrica represents Mansory’s debut in the field of electric vehicle customization.
This custom modification of a Vespa Elettrica is mainly for visual appeal. Features striking black and grey tones. Red and white accents inspired by the Monaco flag appear on select body panels. Additionally, many components, such as the mudguards and side panels, are made from carbon fiber. Leather seats with cross-stitching complement the scooter's colour scheme. Mansory’s logo is prominently displayed throughout. It is also adorned with plenty of Mansory logos all around.
The Vespa Elettrica Monaco version retains the same technical characteristics as the standard model. It has a 48.1V, 86.4 Ah lithium-ion battery powered by a brushless DC motor, which provides a continuous power of 3.6 kW and a maximum power of 4 kW. The scooter has two driving modes, Eco and Power, for a range of approximately 100 km and 70 km. The maximum speed is 70 km/h in Eco mode and 45 km/hr in Power mode.
