Ducati has introduced the Streetfighter V4 and Streetfighter V4S in India, which are available for purchase from March 12 onwards. These bikes are priced at Rs 24,62,400 and Rs 28,00,000 (ex-showroom), respectively. Moreover, the bikes showcase a sharp and sporty design with subtle upgrades. Both models feature a distinctive LED headlight, muscular fuel tank, underbelly exhaust muffler, and sleek tail section. 


The Streetfighter V4S offers additional equipment like Ohlins electronic suspension and lighter wheels, justifying its higher price tag. Ducati enthusiasts can expect top-notch performance and styling from these super naked streetfighters. The company keeps offering top-notch motorcycles to India with the Streetfighter V4 lineup. They blend innovation and style for a thrilling ride.


What’s New in Ducati Streetfighter V4? 

The newest V4 model from Ducati features a larger 17-litre fuel tank, maintaining the same design. The standard V4 is available in Ducati Red, while the Streetfighter V4S offers two choices, including Grey Nero and Ducati Red colour options. Moreover, this updated bike comes with a new TFT digital dash layout for its Track mode, inspired by the Panigale V4. 


The electronics package receives revisions, including two new power modes, including Full and Low, alongside existing High and Medium modes. Notably, the 2024 model features cylinder deactivation technology. This is a significant upgrade designed for India's hot and humid conditions.


Ducati Streetfighter V4: Power & Performance
 

 

The Ducati Streetfighter V4 offers amazing power and performance with its 1103cc engine. It produces 205 bhp @ 13000 rpm and a torque of 123 Nm @ 11500 rpm. This strong engine setup guarantees optimal speed acceleration and exciting performance. Besides, the bike offers an ARAI mileage of 13.15 kmpl, giving a riding range of 210.4 km on a full tank of fuel.


This bike is fitted with a 6-speed manual transmission and a chain drive system. Riders can enjoy consistent gear changes with a gear-shifting pattern of 1 down and 5 up. Likewise, the bike offers three riding modes, including Sports, Track and Street. The Streetfighter V4 bike runs at a top speed of 299 kmph.


Additionally, the liquid-cooled system and a high compression ratio of 14.0:1 that ensure efficient cooling and combustion. The bike also comes with modern features like an assist and slipper clutch, fuel injection system, and BS6 Phase 2 emission standard compliance, ensuring optimal performance and environmental responsibility. 


Ducati Streetfighter V4: Hardware 
 


The Ducati Streetfighter V4 has a fully adjustable Showa BPF fork with 43mm chromed inner tubes at the front. Moreover, it comes with a fully adjustable Sachs unit paired with an aluminium single-sided swingarm at the rear. This suspension provides excellent damping characteristics and responsive handling.


Streetfighter V4 is equipped with a 330mm disc at the front and a 245mm disc brake with dual-channel ABS. Both brakes are operated by 4-piston and 2-piston callipers, respectively. This setup ensures precise braking control and confidence-inspiring performance.


The bike rides on alloy wheels, with a 17-inch size for both the front and rear, offering a perfect balance of agility and stability. The Streetfighter V4 comes with tubeless radial tyres. They're 120/70-ZR17 for the front and 200/60-ZR17 for the rear. For solo rides, it's best to set the tyre pressure at 35 psi, while for two riders, it's recommended to increase it to 39 psi. This helps riders get the most out of their tyres.


Ducati Streetfighter V4: Styling & Design 

The Streetfighter V4 is more sportier, dynamic, and lighter, driving the Fight Formula concepts. Its aggressive and moderate design, inspired by the Joker from comics, attracts enthusiasts. Besides, you can customise it with carbon fibre exhaust silencers, mudguards, fins, frame and crankcase defenders, thermal covers, and track stands.
