KTM has revealed the new 2024 KTM RC 8C bike, which is Inspired by KTM's GP bike. It is priced at $41,499, which costs around Rs. 34,39,914 in India. Moreover, it features a sleek, aerodynamic design with cool details like a big air intake at the front and wings on the sides for extra downforce. This bike has a 25CerMo4 steel tubular frame wrapped in Carbon Kevlar bodywork inspired by the KTM RC16.
Moreover, this bike is supposed to perform as well as Moto2 bikes. It looks similar to last year's model, but KTM says it's even better. They worked with Krämer Motorcycles again, so you know it's really good quality. It comes with easy-to-remove tank and body panels, lightweight wheels, and tyres that are perfect for racing.
This bike is really special because there will only be 100 units. If you want one, you can order it on KTM's website starting March 20th at 3 pm. To make sure you get one, you have to pay a deposit of EUR 1,000 (about Rs. 90,157). You can get it from your local KTM store, or if you want something extra cool, you can buy a new 2024 KTM RC 8C unveiled bike from Portugal. But if you choose Portugal, you have to buy the Race Parts package too.
This KTM bike is fitted with an 889 cc parallel-twin engine, which was seen in the 2023 model. However, the 2024 KTM RC 8C engine is better. It's likely to have around 140 hp compared to the previous version, which has 135 horsepower and 98 Nm of torque. Moreover, it will offer amazing sound on the track with a racing Akrapovič exhaust.
Furthermore, the 2024 KTM RC 8C unveiled bike is super light and focused on performance, with top-quality parts designed for the track. Only a few of these bikes will be made, making it really exclusive. The chassis is specially made for racing, and the 2024 KTM RC 8C engine is equipped with the best racing 6-speed gearbox.
It is packed with top-notch hardware and features. This KTM bike is equipped with a 43 mm closed cartridge fork at the front and a WP APEX PRO 7746 shock with a remote preload adjuster at the rear end. These ensure smooth handling and easy adjustment for different riding conditions.
Moreover, the 2024 KTM RC 8C unveiled bike features a 290 mm fully-floating disc Brembo Stylema calliper grip at the front and rear 230 mm disc Brembo two-piston calliper. This makes it better braking on racing tracks.
This bike comes with an AIM MXS 1.2 RACE dashboard and data logger with built-in GPS functionality. Moreover, riders can record and review data to improve their lap times with precision using a 5-inch TFT screen AIM RaceStudio. The 2024 KTM RC 8C bike is a high-performance machine equipped with cutting-edge technology for the ultimate track experience.
