BGauss RUV350 Launched in India with Largest Alloy Wheels

BGauss has launched the RUV350 electric scooter at a starting price of Rs 1,09,999 in India. RUV stands for 'Rider Utility Vehicle,' and it's BGauss' new flagship model. This EV scooter comes in three variants: RUV 350i EX, RUV 350 EX, and RUV 350 Max. It features the largest alloy wheels in its category. BGauss, a subsidiary of RR Global, will sell the RUV350 across 120 dealerships in India starting in July.

BGauss RUV350 Specifications 

The BGauss RUV350 electric scooter has a 3.5kW motor that produces 2.5kW of continuous power. It can reach a top speed of 75 kmph. Moreover, this BGauss electric scooter has three riding modes: Eco (45 kmph), Ride (60 kmph), and Sport (75 kmph). The seat height is 785mm, and the ground clearance is 160mm. Furthermore, the scooter weighs 122kg and can carry a standard payload of 150kg.

Moreover, it has a tubular frame and features a telescopic fork and a 5-step adjustable gas-charged shock absorber. It has large 16-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. The scooter uses 130mm drum brakes at both ends and has a combined braking system (CBS) for safety.

- 500W charger: 6 hours 50 minutes.

- 840W charger: 3 hours 55 minutes.

- 1350W charger: 2 hours 35 minutes.

BGauss RUV350 Features 

The RUV350 is made in India at BGauss' factory in Chakan, Pune. It has a step-through design with retro touches and large wheels. The scooter features all-around LED lighting, a large and wide seat with contrast stitching, and 15 litres of storage under the seat. There is also a 4.5-litre storage space in the floorboard for the charger, so the underseat storage can be used for luggage or a half-face helmet.
