Bajaj Auto has launched the new Chetak Blue 3202 in India for Rs 1,15,018. This new model is an updated version of the older Chetak Urbane, with a new name and better battery, but it costs less. You can buy it in four colours: Matte Coarse Grey, Cyber White, Brooklyn Black, and Indigo Metallic. Let’s know more about the newly launched Bajaj Chetak Blue 3202 scooter:
Bajaj Chetak Blue 3202 has the same 3.2kWh battery but offers more range and the same top speed. It can go up to 137 Km on a full charge. This is better than the Bajaj Chetak, which had a range of 127 Km. Moreover, it has a 4.2kW motor that lets it reach a top speed of 73 kmph.
The scooter uses a special type of front suspension called a trailing link and a mono-shock at the back for smooth rides. In addition, it comes with 12-inch alloy wheels fitted with MRF Zapper tyres. The front and rear brakes are drum brakes.
Bajaj Chetak Blue 3202 has a simple digital screen that shows speed, battery level, trip details, and odometer readings. It has one riding mode called Eco and offers limited smartphone connection.
However, if you choose the TecPac version, which costs Rs. 5,000 more, you get extra features. These include a better colour display, two riding modes (Eco and Sport), reverse mode, hill-hold assist, and full smartphone connectivity. This means you can get call and SMS alerts, and even use turn-by-turn navigation.
