Other rivals of the Pulsar NS125 include the Honda SP125 and the TVS Raider. All things considered, this modification places it among the very few reasonably priced 125cc bikes with ABS.Honda NX200 ADV LaunchedHonda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the Honda NX200 in India, with a price tag of Rs 1,68,499 (ex-showroom). Both Honda's Red Wing and Big Wing dealerships will sell the NX200.Upgraded Honda Shine 125 LaunchedFor the Indian market, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India recently launched an updated version of Honda Shine 125. 2025 Honda Activa Vs Honda Activa 6G: What’s New & What’s Not?
    2025 Honda Activa Vs Honda Activa 6G: What’s New & What’s Not?
CalendarPublished on February 15, 2025 by BikeJunction
Honda has launched the 2025 Honda Activa, replacing the Activa 6G. The company has not announced a significant price hike for the 2025 Activa despite the added features. This keeps it competitive against other 110cc scooters like the TVS Jupiter 110. Interestingly, while many expected this new model to be named Activa 7G, Honda has dropped the ‘G’ moniker to keep it as simple as the Honda Activa. Many riders are curious about what has changed, so let’s compare the older Activa with the new one. New TFT Console and Design UpdatesThe largest addition to the 2025 Activa is the new TFT console. It shows real-time data like speed, fuel level, trip meter, and odometer reading. The screen is clean with a white background for easier visibility. Furthermore, the 2025 Activa comes with smartphone connectivity. The riders can now enjoy turn-by-turn navigation, calls, and SMS alerts during daily commutes. The Activa 6G, on the other hand, did not come with a feature-rich smart instrument cluster. The 2025 Activa follows the typical Activa design but with slight improvements. It has a more streamlined and contemporary appearance, helping it keep up with its new features. The Activa 6G was more conventionally styled, with minimal stylistic features.Engine Compliance and PerformanceBoth scooters have the same 109.51cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that churns out 5.77 kW power and 8.90 Nm torque. The 2025 Honda Activa is OBD-2B compliant, which means it is more eco-friendly. Meanwhile, the Activa 6G was only BS6-compliant.Suspension, Braking, and WheelsThere are no significant changes to the suspension setup. Both the scooters get a telescopic front fork and a single-side shock absorber at the rear. The 2025 Activa and Activa 6G also retain the same wheel configuration, 12-inch front wheel and 10-inch rear wheel. The brakes also remain the same, with both wheels getting 130mm drum brakes. Honda has not offered a disc brake variant in the new scooter. Before you go, don’t forget to check out the six-month ownership review on Honda SP 125. Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fbInstagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_instaTwitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter
