With the release of its new entry-level electric bike, Oben Electric has launched the Oben Rorr EZ at an affordable price of Rs 89,999 in India. The aim is to expand its electric vehicle market in India as this model combines both performance and affordability with futuristic features. These features are exciting for riders who want to shift towards electric mobility. The Oben Rorr EZ will target first-time buyers of an electric bike and ecologically conscious commuters. All prices are ex-showroom, including the subsidy.  This makes the Rorr EZ one of the most competitively priced electric bikes in its category, offering buyers flexibility in choosing the appropriate model best suited to their budget and range requirements. Impressive Performance with PowerOben Rorr EZ packs a punch from its 7.5kW electric motor, delivering 52Nm of torque. Acceleration from 0 to 40 km/h in just 3.3 seconds gives the bike an exhilarating ride.  While the 95 km/h top speed is not as fast as the more expensive Oben Rorr models, it still offers a thrilling ride for city commuters. The bike, therefore, best satisfies such zones where quick acceleration and speed management are of prime importance. Battery Options & RangeOben Rorr EZ's range is one of its central features, and it may vary depending on the battery type selected. The 2.6kWh model offers a full charge and can travel as far as 110 km. Further, the 3.4kWh version can travel up to 140 km on one full charge. And the most powerful version, 4.4kWh, gives an impressive range of 175 km on a single charge. This makes the Rorr EZ a practical option for long-distance riders, ensuring that range is not a concern. Modern FeaturesOben has elevated the Rorr EZ by incorporating a range of modern features that enhance convenience, safety, and the overall riding experience. The full LED lighting package ensures excellent illumination while riding in the dark. The colour LED display uses columns or rows to show all the important ride information, such as speed, battery percentage, range, etc.  Three riding modes are also featured in the Rorr EZ - Eco, City, and Havoc - so performance can be tailored based on the rider's needs. Other features on the bike include geo-fencing and anti-theft protection to provide the owner with extra security and peace of mind. Sleek Design & ColoursOben Rorr EZ model has a fresh, sleek, and modern design marked by sharp lines and an overall futuristic look. The bike is designed to be comfortable, and with a seat height of 810mm, it enables riders to mount and dismount easily.  Its 17-inch alloy wheels come fitted as tubeless tyres to ensure durability and smooth ride quality.
