The company plans to launch the Hero Destini 125 in December 2024, which was showcased back in September 2024. It will probably be launched next week, in the range of approximately Rs. 90,000 (ex-showroom). There will be three versions of the new Hero scooter. These are VX, ZX, and ZX+. The ZX and ZX+ have diamond-cut alloy wheels and a pillion backrest. Let's take it further. Better Mechanics and FeaturesThe Destini 125 comes with a reliable 124.6cc air-cooled engine with 9PS power and 10.4Nm torque. It comes with a CVT gearbox for smoother rides and delivers 59 kmpl mileage. It has a new frame for improved performance.  The scooter has been fitted with a few important updates to the base itself. While drum brakes are present on the VX model, the ZX and ZX+ models come equipped with front disc brakes for much-needed braking. Hero has shifted the old 10-inch alloy wheels to a larger 12-inch unit. The wheelbase also goes up to 1302mm, which makes the ride more stable and comfortable. Packed with TechnologyThe VX variant features a semi-digital instrument cluster, while the ZX and ZX+ variants get an advanced LCD. The screen offers Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and call/SMS alerts. It also shows mileage, trip details, and fuel levels. Furthermore, the Destini 125 boasts an LED projector headlight, LED taillight, and self-cancelling indicators.
