Factory Production Begins for River Indie E-Scooter

River EV has finally begun the production of its Indie Electric Scooter at its Hoskote facility in India.

The brand will be sticking to the initially set ex-showroom price of Rs 1,25,000 for the customers who pre-booked the scooters in Bengaluru.

River Indie will be powered by a 4 kWh non-removable battery pack, capable of producing peak power of 6.7 kW & is placed in the floorboard of the e-scooter.

River Indie claims a real-world riding range of 120 km in Eco Mode, which is quite impressive and ideal for all your long-distance journeys around the city.

As for the charging, the River Indie can be charged from 0-80% in just about 5 hours with a standard charger.

The River Indie electric scooter can reach 0-40 kmph in 3.9 seconds and boasts a top speed of 90 kmph with an 18 degree gradeability.
