Triumph Scrambler T4 Spotted Testing in India
Triumph Scrambler T4 Spotted Testing in India
CalendarPublished on December 4, 2024 by BikeJunction
Do you remember when Triumph launched the Speed T4 bike in September this year? Now, the brand is working on a new, budget-friendly variant of the Scrambler 400X. The bike will likely be called the Scrambler T4 or 400T and has recently been spotted on Indian roads. This new model follows the Speed T4. The upcoming Scrambler T4 features cost-cutting measures to make it more affordable than the Scrambler 400X. This includes, the alloy wheels are different and are paired with MRF tyres. Moreover, the USD forks are black instead of gold, and the handlebar and pillion grab rail are also blacked out. Let’s know more about this upcoming 400cc Scrambler bike from Triumph.  Key Changes and FeaturesThis new variant has a single-piece seat instead of the split-seat setup of the 400X. Furthermore, it removes the knuckle guards and comes with a redesigned LED tail light. While the Scrambler T4 shares the same 398cc engine, it is expected to be detuned. The engine may make around 30 bhp and 36 Nm of torque, similar to the Speed T4. The motorcycle will keep essential features like the semi-digital instrument cluster and dual-channel ABS. But it may skip advanced electronic aids for cost reasons. The alloy wheels remain the same size but have a new design. Expected Price and LaunchThe Scrambler T4 looks almost production-ready and could launch in India soon. It is expected to cost Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 less than the Scrambler 400X, which is priced at Rs. Rs. 2.63 lakh (ex-showroom). Triumph’s 400cc platform has been successful, with the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X already popular. The new Scrambler T4 will attract riders seeking a more affordable scrambler experience. Riders looking for a capable, stylish scrambler at a budget-friendly price will find this model interesting. Before you go, don’t forget to check out the delivery details of some of the most popular two-wheelers recently launched. Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fbInstagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_instaTwitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter
