Royal Enfield and Icon Motorsports have launched the limited-edition Shotgun 650. This bike is priced at Rs. 4.25 lakh. The Icon Edition costs Rs. 66,000 more than the standard Shotgun 650, which is priced at Rs. 3.59 lakh. Moreover, the bike is available in 100 units, and 25 units are allocated for India. This makes it an exclusive collector’s item. Registrations are now open on the Royal Enfield app, and the results will be announced on February 12 at 8:30 PM IST.
The Shotgun 650 Icon Edition comes in a stunning three-tone paint scheme of white, blue, and red. Moreover, its design includes unique elements like blue rear shock springs, gold wheels, and a red seat. The retro-inspired graphics and bar-end mirrors add a premium touch. Additionally, buyers will receive an exclusive Icon Slabtown Intercept RE jacket that matches the bike’s colors.
Mechanically, the bike remains the same as the standard Shotgun 650. It features a 648cc parallel-twin engine producing 46.39 bhp and 52.3 Nm torque. Furthermore, it has a six-speed gearbox for smooth riding. The bike maintains a balanced and sturdy ride due to its weight of 240 kg.
Commenting on the update, Adrian Sellers, Head of Custom & Motorsport at Royal Enfield, said, "Our collaboration with Icon Motosports for the Limited Edition Shotgun 650 exemplifies the custom possibilities of the Shotgun 650, celebrating the artistry and passion of custom building while pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Royal Enfield motorcycles.
