Ola Electric Raises Prices of S1 X+ and S1 Pro Gen 3 Scooters

Ola Electric has hiked the prices of its new Gen 3 electric scooters. They include the S1 X+ and the S1 Pro 3kWh. These models were originally launched at launch prices, which are only valid until February 11, 2025.

The S1 X+ was initially priced at Rs 1,06,000, and the S1 Pro 3kWh at Rs 1,10,000. After the post-price increase, the S1 X+ now stands at Rs Rs 1,10,000, up by Rs 4,000, and the S1 Pro 3kWh is at Rs Rs 1,15,000, which is a Rs 15,000 increase (all prices ex-showroom Bengaluru).

Ola S1 X+ : Designed for Urban Commuting

Ola S1 X+ is an affordable electric scooter designed for city riding. The scooter has a stated Indian Driving Conditions (IDC) range of 252 km and takes around 4 hours and 50 minutes to charge from 0% to 80%. The scooter accelerates to a top speed of 125 kmph and is offered in five colours, which are Porcelain White, Industrial Silver, Passion Red, Jet Black, and Midnight Blue.

Ola S1 Pro 3kWh : Performance and Efficiency

The Ola S1 Pro 3kWh trim provides an IDC range claim of 176 km and requires around 7 hours and 15 minutes to charge from 0% to 80%. The model has a top speed of 117 kmph and is available in six colours. These include Porcelain White, Jet Black, Silver, Passion Red, Stellar Blue, and Midnight Blue. This model also has a rear disc brake and a single-channel ABS front braking system.

Shared Features and Specifications

The S1 X+ and the S1 Pro 3kWh feature an 11 kW motor as well as a chain drive system. They accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in 2.7 seconds. This OLA scooters have 12-inch tyres and use a suspension system consisting of a telescopic fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear.

Riders get the option to select from three modes of riding: Sport, Normal, and Eco, allowing them to suit performance according to their needs and riding conditions. Both models feature a three-year or 40,000 km standard warranty with the choice of upgrading the warranty to 125,000 km or 8 years for a payment of an additional Rs 14,999.
