In India, Suzuki launched the 2025 Gixxer SF 250 and Gixxer 250, with starting prices of Rs. 2.07 lakh and Rs. 1.98 lakh, ex-showroom respectively. Both motorcycles are now OBD 2 compliant. It keeps everything that was there previously, with the exception of the mentioned upgrade.
The Gixxer 250 sharp and sporty design is still in place. It has a flat LED headlight, a fuel tank with a contour, and sharp tank extensions. Additionally, these parts increase the bike's aggression. In contrast, riders seeking a premium but sporty feel will love the Gixxer SF 250's full-fairing, aerodynamic design.
Metallic Mat Black No. 2, Metallic Triton Blue/Pearl Glacier White, and Metallic Mat Black No.2/Metallic Bordeaux Red are the three available colours for the 2025 Suzuki Gixxer SF 250. However, the Gixxer 250 is also available in three other paint options: Metallic Mat Bordeaux Red, Metallic Mat Black No. 2, and Pearl Glacier White.
A dependable 249cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine powers both versions. A remarkable 26.5 horsepower and a maximum torque of 22.2 Nm are produced by the Gixxer 250 engine. The SF 250, on the other hand, has the same engine and torque; the only difference is its 26 bhp of power. Overall, strong performance is guaranteed by this engine for both interstate travel and city commuting.
The engine now meets the most recent pollution regulations by adhering to OBD-2B requirements. The gearbox work is effectively handled by a six-speed gearbox.
Both bikes have been given a lot of advanced features that would make the ride more exciting. They have a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity. Useful information such as call alerts, navigation prompts, and others are provided.
Additional features include dual-channel ABS for increased safety and LED headlights/taillights for better visibility. As a result, both the bikes are highly competitive in their respective markets.
Both motorcycles are available for reservation, and delivery will start soon. With the sleeker design, updated engine, and bunches of high-end features, this premium 250cc segment in India will surely attract many Indian bikers.
